1. Executive Summary & Marketing Objectives
Brand line: "HolyMove — moving with a soul." A good move keeps a family calm, organized, and together. We market that feeling, not just a price list. The gnome mascot carries the warmth; the product carries the trust.
HolyMove is a live two-sided marketplace and directory for moving and home services across nine categories. The product, the company database, and free self-serve company onboarding are already shipped. What is missing is not features — it is liquidity: a steady flow of real customer requests matched to active companies. This plan is a zero-budget, solo-operator playbook to manufacture that liquidity in one city — Tel Aviv — and prove the loop before spending a single shekel on ads.
The strategy rests on one unfair advantage: every Israeli competitor (pro.co.il, midrag) is Hebrew-only and ignores the 1M+ Russian-speakers and the Anglo / olim communities who move more than average and are underserved in their own language. Those communities live in Facebook groups, WhatsApp / Telegram chats, and Janglo — channels that cost nothing to enter and where there is essentially no competitor. That is our entry wedge.
Marketing objectives (SMART — framed as goals, not facts)
Every number below is a target / planning assumption set today (June 2026), not a result already achieved. They exist to give the plan direction and a way to measure it — they are deliberately conservative for a solo founder with no ad spend.
- Objective A — Supply (goal): Reach 40 free-registered companies in the Tel Aviv area within 90 days, with at least 20 having logged into their CRM at least once.
- Objective B — Demand (goal): Generate 60 genuine customer requests (any category) in the first 90 days, primarily from Russian-speaking / olim community channels.
- Objective C — Liquidity (goal): Achieve at least 15 requests that receive ≥1 company offer, and 5 requests that reach an accepted offer / booking — proof the loop closes.
- Objective D — Brand / audience (goal): Build an owned audience of 300 followers / subscribers across one RU community page and one WhatsApp/Telegram channel, plus 8 published "Gnome's Diary" articles indexed by Google.
- Objective E — Cost discipline (constraint): Hit all of the above at ₪0 paid media. Paid channels switch on only after Objective C is met and the first subscription revenue exists to reinvest.
Phasing
| Phase | Window | Primary aim | Spend |
| Phase 0 — Prove the loop | Days 0–90 (Tel Aviv) | First requests → offers → 1 booking; first 40 free companies | ₪0 |
| Phase 1 — Densify Tel Aviv | Months 4–6 | Repeatable weekly request flow; open optional subscription to value-getting companies | ₪0 → first revenue |
| Phase 2 — Paid (reinvest) | Month 6+ | Turn on Google/Meta ads + retargeting funded by subscription revenue; expand to Jerusalem/Haifa | Reinvested only |
2. Market & Audience (Demand + Supply)
HolyMove is a two-sided market, so marketing has two distinct audiences that must grow in rough balance. Too many requests with no companies = angry customers. Too many companies with no requests = churned, disappointed companies. The plan works both sides deliberately, leading slightly with demand because a request in hand is the single most persuasive thing to show a company.
Demand side — people who move & need home services
Anyone changing homes, renovating, or doing a seasonal deep-clean is a customer. In the Tel Aviv area the highest-intent, cheapest-to-reach pockets are:
- Russian-speaking residents & olim (the wedge): 1M+ Russian-speakers nationally, heavily concentrated in the center. They move often, distrust opaque Hebrew-only sites, and actively ask "кто делал переезд? посоветуйте грузчиков" in their community groups every week. No competitor speaks their language.
- Anglo / English-speaking olim: new immigrants from US/UK/Canada/South Africa, very active on Janglo and Anglo Facebook groups, frequently moving in their first 1–3 years, willing to pay for clarity and English support.
- Young Israeli renters (Hebrew): Tel Aviv's huge rental churn — leases turn over constantly, especially around summer. Price-sensitive, mobile-first, found in neighborhood groups.
- Families & upgraders: buying a bigger apartment, the emotional "soul" segment — they value a calm, trustworthy move, not just the cheapest quote.
Supply side — companies / pros per category
HolyMove already lists 307+ Israeli companies across ~49 cities, with the densest cluster in the center. The supply target is small independents and mid-size firms who currently rely on word-of-mouth or pay pro.co.il for visibility. The free offer (public page + CRM + real leads, no fee) is built precisely to be a no-brainer for them.
Segment table
| Segment | Side | Language | Where to reach (free) | Core motivation |
| Russian-speakers / olim | Demand | RU | RU Facebook & Telegram groups, VK-style chats | Trust in own language; fair, clear pricing |
| Anglo / English olim | Demand | EN | Janglo, Anglo & Nefesh-style FB groups, WhatsApp | English support; no Hebrew-only friction |
| Young Israeli renters | Demand | HE | Neighborhood FB groups, Yad2, WhatsApp | Fast, cheap, mobile |
| Families / upgraders | Demand | RU/HE/EN | Neighborhood & parenting groups, GBP, SEO | Calm, reliable, "move with a soul" |
| Independent movers / cleaners | Supply | HE/RU | Direct outreach, industry FB groups, cold WhatsApp | Free leads, free page, own CRM |
| Mid-size service firms | Supply | HE | Direct email, Yad2/pro listings scrape, referrals | More visibility without pay-to-rank |
3. Positioning & USP vs pro.co.il
Positioning statement: HolyMove is the trilingual, transparent, move-focused marketplace where families — including the Russian-speaking and Anglo communities everyone else ignores — get fair offers from real companies and handle the whole move in one place, with a brand that actually cares.
The five pillars of differentiation
- Trilingual (RU / HE / EN, full RTL): the only platform in Israel a Russian-speaker or Anglo can use natively. Structural moat — competitors would need a multi-year redesign to copy it.
- Transparent & merit-based: no pay-to-rank. pro.co.il was publicly exposed (Globes, 2024) for selling top slots. We rank on fit and quality, and pricing is open.
- Move-focused, full cycle: request → competing offers → in-app chat → booking, all inside the platform. Not a phone-number list.
- Modern UX: clean mobile-first flow, instant magic-link accounts, an online cost calculator — versus dated, ad-heavy directories.
- Soul / brand: the gnome and the "moving with a soul" mission give an emotional reason to choose and remember us. Directories have no brand to love.
Comparison at a glance — HolyMove vs pro.co.il: Trilingual (RU/HE/EN) vs Hebrew-only · Transparent merit ranking vs paid top slots (Globes-exposed) · Free for companies, no pay-per-lead vs pay-to-rank · Full in-app request→offer→chat→booking vs phone-number directory · Branded, emotional ("with a soul") vs utilitarian listing site · Built for the 1M+ Russian-speakers & olim vs ignores them entirely.
| Dimension | HolyMove | pro.co.il |
| Russian & English UX | ✓ Native RU/HE/EN | ✗ Hebrew only |
| Ranking integrity | ✓ Merit-based | ✗ Pay-to-rank (Globes) |
| Cost to companies | ✓ Free (opt-in paid later) | ✗ Pay for visibility |
| Customer journey | ✓ Full in-app loop | ✗ Phone list |
| Brand & emotion | ✓ "Move with a soul" | ✗ Utilitarian |
We never attack pro.co.il by name in public marketing — we simply show the contrast: your language, clear offers, no games. The 20-year SEO authority of pro.co.il is real and we do not fight it head-on; we go where they are absent (RU/EN communities) and win there first.
4. Messaging & Value Props (per audience & language)
One brand, three languages, two sides. Below are the core value props and the actual hook lines to use — in the language each audience speaks. Customer-facing copy leads with relief and trust; company-facing copy leads with "free leads, zero risk."
Customer value props
- One request → several real offers, no endless phone calls.
- In your language — finally.
- Verified companies, open prices, no pay-to-rank games.
- Handle the whole move in one place: chat, agree, book.
- "Moving with a soul" — a calm move keeps your family calm.
Hook lines — Russian (primary wedge)
RU: «Переезд без головной боли — на твоём языке. Оставь одну заявку — получи несколько предложений от проверенных компаний. Грузчики, упаковка, уборка, ремонт. Бесплатно для тебя. HolyMove — переезд с душой.»
Hook lines — English (Anglo / olim)
EN: "Moving in Israel without the headache — in English. One request, several real quotes from verified companies. Movers, packing, cleaning, handyman. Free for you, no endless phone calls. HolyMove — moving with a soul."
Company value props (supply)
- Free real customer leads — no per-lead fee, no contract.
- A free public company page + a directory listing.
- Your own simple CRM to manage requests and offers.
- Reach customers Hebrew-only sites never send you (Russian / English speakers).
- No pay-to-rank. You're listed on merit, not budget.
EN: "Get real customers for free. No per-lead fee, no contract. Free company page + your own CRM. Sign up in 2 minutes."
5. Channel Strategy (Zero-Budget First)
Everything in this section costs ₪0 and is doable by one person. The order is deliberate: start where buying intent already exists and competition is absent (community groups), then build owned assets (GBP, SEO, content) that keep working for free after you stop touching them. Paid is a separate, later block — see "Phase 2 paid" at the end of this section.
5.1 Facebook groups (Russian / olim / neighborhood) — highest priority
This is the cheapest, fastest demand source. People literally post "ищу грузчиков" / "anyone recommend movers?" every week.
- Join 15–25 relevant groups: RU-speaking Israel/Tel Aviv groups, Anglo/olim groups, and Tel Aviv neighborhood groups. Read each group's rules first.
- Answer, don't spam. When someone asks for a mover/cleaner, reply helpfully and add a soft link: "you can get a few quotes in one place here." Genuine help builds reputation; pure ads get banned.
- Post one value piece per week per group max (a tip, a checklist, a price-range explainer) with the brand and link in the comments/footer.
- DM people who post requests with a short, human offer to help (use the ready scripts in §12).
- Create one owned HolyMove RU community page/group early — it becomes your retargetable audience for free.
5.2 WhatsApp & Telegram groups
- Join olim, neighborhood, and "buy/sell/recommend" WhatsApp groups and Russian Telegram chats for Israel/Tel Aviv.
- Same rule: be the helpful person who shares a useful link, not a broadcaster.
- Start a HolyMove broadcast/Telegram channel for "tips + featured companies + new in your area." Push your weekly content there.
- Set up click-to-WhatsApp on the site so a request can start as a chat — the format these audiences trust most.
5.3 Janglo
- Janglo is the Anglo community hub — post HolyMove under services/home, and respond to "looking for a mover/cleaner" posts.
- Publish 1–2 evergreen English guides ("Moving in Tel Aviv: an oleh's checklist") with a link back.
5.4 Yad2
- Yad2 is where movers/cleaners already advertise and where movers' customers already are. Use it to (a) find supply to recruit and (b) place service listings that funnel to HolyMove.
- Mine Yad2 service ads to build a cold-outreach list of companies to invite onto the free tier.
5.5 Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Create & verify a HolyMove GBP for the Tel Aviv area — free local visibility and a review surface.
- Post weekly updates (same content as the blog), add photos, and seed first reviews from real early users.
- GBP feeds Google Maps — high-intent local discovery at zero cost.
5.6 SEO + the "Gnome's Diary" content engine
- Slow but compounding and free. Target three-language long-tail intent: "переезд тель-авив сколько стоит", "מחיר הובלת דירה תל אביב", "moving company tel aviv english".
- Ship city + category landing pages (movers in Tel Aviv, cleaners in Ramat Gan, etc.) — programmatic, leveraging the existing directory.
- The Gnome's Diary is the brand content vehicle: warm, practical, human moving stories & guides that carry the "with a soul" voice and earn links/shares.
- Keep JSON-LD / sitemap healthy (already live) so new pages index fast.
5.7 Referrals & word-of-mouth
- After any successful match, ask the customer to recommend us in their group — the same group the lead came from. This compounds in tight communities.
- Give companies a simple "list your business / refer a colleague" link — supply refers supply.
- Add a light "tell a friend who's moving" prompt in the post-booking email.
Phase 2 paid — clearly separated, do NOT start until there is revenue to reinvest. The block below is intentionally fenced off from everything above. It switches on only after the loop is proven (Objective C met) and the first subscription shekels exist.
Phase 2 — Paid channels (reinvest revenue only)
- Google Search ads: bid on highest-intent terms in all three languages ("movers tel aviv", "מובילים תל אביב", "переезд тель-авив"). Start tiny (₪20–40/day), city-fenced, send to the matching landing page.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads: lookalike + interest targeting on the RU and Anglo audiences — the same communities, now reached at scale. Lead-form or click-to-WhatsApp objective.
- Retargeting: re-engage visitors who started a quote but didn't finish, and the owned community audiences built in Phase 0/1. Cheapest, highest-ROI paid layer — turn it on first.
- Rule: every paid shekel must trace to a tracked request. Kill any campaign that doesn't beat the free channels' cost-per-request.
6. Content Strategy & 30/60/90 Calendar
Content does three jobs at once: (1) gives you something non-spammy to post in groups, (2) builds SEO equity for free, and (3) carries the "with a soul" brand voice. Produce once, repurpose everywhere — one article becomes a group post, a GBP update, a Telegram message, and 2–3 short social snippets, in all three languages where it makes sense.
Content pillars
- Practical guides: checklists, price ranges, "how to choose a mover," packing tips.
- Local / community: "moving in Tel Aviv," neighborhood guides, oleh-specific advice.
- Gnome's Diary (brand/emotion): warm human stories, the "soul" of a good move.
- Trust / proof: featured companies, real match stories (with permission), transparency posts.
30 / 60 / 90-day content calendar
| Window | Theme | Cornerstone content (free SEO) | Group / social repurpose | Languages |
| Days 1–30 | Foundation & demand harvest | "How much does a move in Tel Aviv cost in 2026?" price guide | 3–4 group value posts/wk; answer all "need a mover" threads; launch RU community page + Telegram | RU + HE + EN |
| Days 1–30 | — | "Choosing movers: 7 questions before you pay" checklist | GBP posts ×4; 1 Janglo guide (EN) | RU + EN |
| Days 31–60 | Trust & depth | City+category landing pages (movers/cleaners ×5 cities) | First match story (Gnome's Diary); featured-company post; weekly Telegram tips | RU + HE + EN |
| Days 31–60 | — | "Olim moving checklist: your first move in Israel" (EN) | Janglo + Anglo FB; WhatsApp broadcast | EN |
| Days 61–90 | Scale & referral | "Packing & deep-clean before handover" + "Decluttering before a move" | Referral push in source groups; review-collection posts; GBP weekly | RU + HE + EN |
| Days 61–90 | — | Seasonal piece (summer rental-churn moving guide) | Cross-post to all channels; first user testimonials | RU + HE + EN |
Cadence goal: ~1 cornerstone article/week + daily-ish helpful group activity. All targets are planning goals, sized for one person.
7. Acquisition Funnel & Stage Metrics
The funnel is the whole business in one line: a stranger in a Facebook group becomes a booked move. Each stage has one metric to watch so you always know where the loop is leaking.
| Stage | What happens | Primary metric | 90-day goal |
| 1. Awareness | Sees a helpful post / answer / link in a group, GBP, or search | Reach / impressions / group post engagement | Consistent weekly presence in 15+ groups |
| 2. Site visit | Clicks through to holymove.online | Sessions; group-click-through rate | ~600+ sessions |
| 3. Quote / request | Submits a request (form or click-to-WhatsApp) | Requests created; visit→request % | 60 requests (~10% of sessions) |
| 4. Matched | ≥1 company sends an offer | Requests with an offer; time-to-first-offer | 15 matched requests |
| 5. Booked | Customer accepts an offer / books | Accepted offers; match→book % | 5 bookings |
The earliest failure point in a cold-start is stage 4 (no company answers fast enough). That is why supply outreach (§8) and demand harvest (§5) run in parallel from day one — a request with no offer burns a customer and the group's goodwill.
8. Supply-Side (Company) Acquisition
Companies are sold with one promise: free real leads, zero risk, two-minute signup. The free tier (public page + CRM + leads, no fee, no contract) is the entire pitch — the offer sells itself if it reaches the right person with proof a lead is real.
Tactics (all free)
- Direct outreach (core): build a list from Yad2 / pro.co.il / Google Maps / the existing 307 IL records; contact via WhatsApp, phone, email. Goal cadence: 10+ companies contacted/week. Use the ready company scripts in §12.
- Lead-as-bait: the most powerful move — when a real customer request comes in for a category/city, call matching companies and say "I have a customer for you right now, free — want it?" Nothing converts supply faster than a live lead.
- Onboard live with them: offer to register them in 2 minutes on a call so they see the CRM and the lead immediately.
- Industry FB / WhatsApp groups for tradespeople: post the free offer where movers/cleaners hang out.
- Referral within supply: ask listed companies to invite a colleague; trades know trades.
- Activation, not just signup: a company that never logs in is dead supply. Follow up after signup until they've seen one real lead — that is the moment they believe.
Sequencing trick: harvest a couple of demand requests FIRST (§5), then use those exact live leads to recruit the first companies. "Sign up free and this customer is yours today" beats any feature list. Demand becomes your best supply pitch.
9. KPIs & Targets per Phase
All figures are goals / planning assumptions set in June 2026 — not current results. They are intentionally modest for a zero-budget solo operator and exist to steer and measure the plan.
| KPI | Phase 0 (0–90 days) | Phase 1 (mo 4–6) | Phase 2 (mo 6+, paid) |
| Free companies (TLV area) | 40 (goal) | 90 (goal) | 150+ (goal) |
| Active companies (logged in) | 20 (goal) | 50 (goal) | 90+ (goal) |
| Customer requests / month | ~20 (build-up) | ~40 (goal) | 100+ (goal) |
| Matched requests (≥1 offer) | 15 total (goal) | 60% of requests | 70% of requests |
| Bookings (accepted offers) | 5 total (goal) | 15/mo (goal) | 40/mo (goal) |
| Owned audience (RU page + channel) | 300 (goal) | 1,000 (goal) | 3,000+ (goal) |
| Published Gnome's Diary articles | 8 (goal) | 20 (goal) | 40+ (goal) |
| Paid subscriptions opened | 0 (not yet) | First opt-ins | 10–15% of active |
| Ad spend | ₪0 | ₪0 | Reinvested revenue only |
10. Budget & Reinvest Model
The hard constraint is honest: ₪0 advertising budget today. Phase 0 and Phase 1 run on time, not money. The only ongoing cost is the existing ~$20/month infrastructure already in the business plan. Paid marketing is unlocked strictly by reinvesting subscription revenue once it exists — never from savings or debt.
| Phase | Marketing spend | What it's spent on | Funded by |
| Phase 0 (0–90 days) | ₪0 | Founder's time only: groups, outreach, content, SEO, GBP | — |
| Phase 1 (mo 4–6) | ₪0 | Same free channels, deeper; open optional subscription | — |
| Phase 2 (mo 6+) | Start ~₪600–1,200/mo | Retargeting first, then small Google/Meta search, city-fenced | 100% reinvested subscription revenue |
| Phase 2+ (scaling) | Cap at a % of revenue | Scale only channels that beat free cost-per-request | Revenue only — never out-of-pocket |
Reinvest rule: until the marketplace loop is proven and paying, marketing CAC stays at ₪0. The first ad budget = the first month of subscription revenue, nothing more. This keeps the bootstrap honest and avoids spending into an unproven funnel.
11. Risks & Mitigations
| Risk | Likelihood | Mitigation |
| Cold-start: requests arrive but no company answers | High | Recruit supply per category/city BEFORE pushing demand there; personally relay the first leads by phone; lead-as-bait recruiting (§8) |
| Banned / flagged for spam in groups | High | Help-first, one promo/week max, follow each group's rules, lead with value not links, use a real personal profile |
| Solo-founder bandwidth / burnout | High | Tight weekly routine (§12), batch content, automate emails (already live), focus on ONE city until the loop repeats |
| Companies sign up but never log in (dead supply) | Medium | Activation follow-ups until they see one real lead; onboard live on a call |
| pro.co.il SEO dominance | Medium | Don't fight head-on; win RU/EN community + long-tail trilingual queries they ignore |
| Low trust in a new brand | Medium | Verified companies, transparency, real testimonials, the warm gnome brand, GBP reviews |
| Demand seasonality (summer churn peak) | Low | Plan content + outreach around lease-turnover season; build owned audience to smooth troughs |
12. 90-Day Tel Aviv Launch Action Plan
One city, one operator, no budget. The plan front-loads supply + demand together, then proves the loop, then makes it repeatable. Treat each block as the week's main focus on top of a daily 30–60 min "help in groups + answer requests" habit.
Weeks 1–2 — Set the table
- Join 15–25 groups (RU, Anglo/Janglo, neighborhood) + relevant WhatsApp/Telegram chats. Read all rules.
- Create & verify Google Business Profile; create the HolyMove RU community page + Telegram channel.
- Write the 2 first cornerstone articles (price guide + choosing-movers checklist) in RU/HE/EN.
- Build a 50-company outreach list for Tel Aviv (Yad2 / Maps / existing DB).
Weeks 3–4 — Harvest first demand & sign first supply
- Daily: answer every "need a mover/cleaner" thread; DM posters with the help script.
- Outreach to 10+ companies/week; onboard live on calls. Goal: first 10–15 free companies.
- Publish article #1–2; cross-post to all channels + GBP.
- Goal: first 10–15 requests in the system.
Weeks 5–8 — Prove the loop
- For every incoming request, ensure ≥1 company offers fast (relay by phone if needed).
- Lead-as-bait: use live leads to recruit matching companies. Push to 25–30 companies, 15+ active.
- Ship city+category landing pages; publish 2 more articles; first Gnome's Diary match story.
- Goal: first 1–2 bookings; first testimonial.
Weeks 9–12 — Make it repeatable & seed referrals
- Referral push: ask happy customers to recommend us in their groups; ask companies to invite colleagues.
- Reach 40 companies / 20 active; 60 cumulative requests; 15 matched; 5 bookings (the Phase 0 goals).
- Collect GBP reviews + testimonials; publish seasonal piece; review what worked → plan Phase 1.
- Only if Objective C is met and first revenue exists: prepare the Phase 2 retargeting pixel/audiences.
Ready-to-use outreach posts & scripts
Use these in the actual language of each audience. Keep them human, short, and help-first. Always follow each group's rules; lead with value, not a link.
