Welcome to HolyMove ("HolyMove", "we", "us"). HolyMove is an online marketplace and directory that connects people who need moving and home services ("Customers") with companies and independent professionals who provide them ("Pros"). By creating an account, listing a company, or otherwise using holymove.online (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
HolyMove is an introduction and software platform only. We are not a moving, cleaning, or home-services company, we do not perform any of the services listed, and we are not a party to any agreement, quote, or job between a Customer and a Pro. Any contract for actual work is solely between the Customer and the Pro.
Today, creating a Pro account, a public company page, using the built-in CRM, and receiving customer requests are provided free of charge. We may, in the future, introduce optional paid plans or subscriptions for additional features. If we do, we will tell you clearly in advance, and any paid feature will require your separate, explicit opt-in. We will never start charging an existing free account without your agreement.
How we collect, use, and share personal information — including sharing Customer requests with relevant Pros — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Contacting Pros through HolyMove is free to the Customer.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: submitting false or others' information; scraping or harvesting data; sending spam; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; or interfering with the Service's operation or security.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (company details, descriptions, logos). By submitting it, you grant HolyMove a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the Service (for example, on your public company page and in the directory). You confirm you have the right to submit that content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or vouch for the conduct, quality, qualifications, or reliability of any Customer or Pro.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolyMove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from dealings between Customers and Pros. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
